Film Frame Shippers are designed to protect the frame and to prevent any contact with the wafer surface. The unique design of the Film Frame Shipper is a result of more than 12 years of frame shipping experience. The following features are offered: Trays stack and snap together conveniently Multiple trays can be shipped or stored together for greater economy Lightweight (1 kg) and easy to carry Parabolic design prevents wafer contact Finger slots for safe wafer extraction Shippers for both 200 mm and 300 mm applications Available in ESD protective materials RFID capable to enable monitoring/tracking of product Product Literature Entegris offers light-weight plastic film frame rings to complement single film frame shippers. Note: When shipping one wafer, two units are required. One additional unit is required for each additional wafer being shipped in a stacking configuration. Example: When shipping 5 wafers in a stack, 6 units are required.
